With her many years of professional experience gained while working with different international
law offices, Dr. Nóra Tapolczai provides legal advice in German, English and Hungarian language
as well primarily in relation to the complex implementation of business and corporate law, in
particular cross-border M&A transactions (including real estate based projects) and the related
fusion control and competition law issues. In relation to the impacts of the economic crisis, she
has participated in successfully restructuring the Hungarian subsidiaries of German, Austrian and
also international companies in the fields of bankruptcy and winding-up laws and has since been
representing those companies as their legal consultant.
Dr. Nóra Tapolczai has special legal knowledge and professional experience also in the field of
pharmaceutical industry including the complete development of the sales network of international
pharmaceutical companies in Hungary, and the introduction and licensing of human and
veterinary medical products in Hungary. She provides full legal representation for pharmaceutical
companies before Hungarian authorities and courts in competition law and product liability issues
related to specific products.
